We understand that after your neck surgery, you would like to improve your overall spinal health and receive a comprehensive evaluation from your neck to your lower back.

At Yonseian Pain Clinic, we focus on identifying the underlying cause of your symptoms rather than simply treating the painful area.

During your first visit, our doctor will evaluate your current condition through X-rays, a physical examination, and other necessary assessments. Based on the results, we will explain your condition in detail and recommend the most appropriate non-surgical treatment plan.

Depending on your condition, treatment may include manual therapy, spinal decompression therapy, extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), radiofrequency therapy, and targeted nerve treatments. The final treatment plan will be determined after your examination based on the doctor's medical assessment.

If you have previous MRI images or reports, please bring them with you or send them before your appointment, as they will help us better understand your condition.

• Basic Check-Up Fee:
385,000 KRW

• Treatment packages (without injections):
620,000–1,400,000 KRW

• Treatment packages (including injections):
830,000–2,850,000 KRW

• VIP Packages:
3,750,000–6,000,000 KRW

If you proceed with a treatment package, the check-up fee will be included in the package price.

Hi 

I would like to focus on my spine,. 

MRI scans noted multilevel diffuse disc desiccation throughout cervical spine, posterior annular tear at C2/3, right posterior annular tear at C4/5 and posterorcentral tear at C5/6. Mile cord impingement at C3/4 and C4/5. The major problem was on C5/6 where posterior disc bulge with right paracentral disc extrusion  which caused moderate spinal stenosis with right hemicord impingement and severe right neuroforaminal stenosis with right C6 nerve impingement. 

On 2 Feb 2026, i have undergone ACDF surgery for C5/6. 

Post surgery today, i have regain mobility and traction for my neck area. 

I would like to focus on my spinal health, full examination of my spine from neck to lower back. I am wondering if there are other treatments to improve my spinal health.
